Covid 19 Vaccination Policy

VACCINATION POLICY

At Anderson Creagh Lai we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and partners and for our clients, suppliers and others who visit us.

The firm strongly supports vaccination and believes having a completely vaccinated workforce will reduce infection and reduce the likelihood of serious outcomes for those infected.

From 1 December 2021, Anderson Creagh Lai will require all our staff and partners and any visitors to our offices, including attendance at any Anderson Creagh Lai meetings and events held on or off-site, to be fully vaccinated.

Our policy follows the Government’s current advice and considers that a person is fully vaccinated two weeks after they have received their second vaccination and, in due course, have had a booster shot when that is available to them. We regard the Government issued vaccination certificate as evidence the individual is fully vaccinated.

We will continue to review our approach on vaccination as more information becomes available from the Government.

We ask for your support and to respect our policy by communicating your vaccination status with your contact at Anderson Creagh Lai ahead of any in-person meeting and/or event. If you are not fully vaccinated, we ask that you only meet with us either by video call, phone, email or by meeting off-site.

In the interests of the safety of our team and all visitors to the office, we will ask to sight your vaccine certificate on arrival and will scan it using the government app provided that is available.

Thank you for your support of our vaccination policy.
